My request hasn't been approved


If you’ve applied to use a test, it may take several days for your request to be approved.

If you’ve been waiting for a significant amount of time, consider whether your request was detailed enough to show that you are a qualified professional or researcher using the test for legitimate purposes.

Tests cannot be used outside the UK, so if you’ve selected ‘Yes’ for ‘I am planning to use this test outside the UK’, your request will not be approved.

If you believe your request should be approved, please use the contact form to request an update.

My Tokens haven't come through


Tokens take up to 48 hours to be added to your account. If you’ve been waiting longer than this time period, please contact sales@dcalportal.org.
