Tests and Pricing

Tokens and Subscriptions:

Tests use requires a small fee, which funds website maintenance and administration.

This can be paid as:

  • An annual licence for unlimited use of a single test
  • An annual licence for unlimited use of all tests
  • Pay-as-you-go tokens.

Most tasks require 10 tokens per use, except the CST and AAB which require 20 tokens and the Communicative Development Inventory which requires 5 tokens.

An annual licence for unlimited use of all tests costs £500 (£600 incl. VAT)

BSL Aphasia Assessment Battery

Assessments measuring BSL and gesture ability in adults with aphasia or language impairment

£5 per use (£6 inc. VAT) or £400 per year (£480 inc. VAT).

BSL Cognitive Screening Test

An assessment of cognition designed to detect dementia and acquired cognitive impairment in older deaf adults

£5 per use (£6 inc. VAT) or £400 per year (£480 inc. VAT).

BSL Vocabulary Test

An assessment of BSL vocabulary for deaf children

BSL Communicative Development Inventory

A developmental measure of BSL signs used and understood by babies and infants aged 8-36 months

BSL Nonsense Sign Repetition Test

An assessment of nonsense sign repetition in deaf children
